Low Emission Zone Offers
London's Low Emission Zone (LEZ) was introduced in 2008 to encourage the most polluting heavy diesel vehicles driving in the Capital to become cleaner. Larger vans and other specialist vehicles (between 1.205 and 3.5 tons GVW) over 10 years old as of 1 January 2012 may not meet the required LEZ emission standard of Euro 3 for particulate emissions standard and you will have to pay £100 per day to drive within the zone, which includes most of Greater London, at any time on any day. Nissan is proud to support the LEZ scheme by offering a scrappage programme which gives an extra discount on a new Nissan commercial vehicle. All you need to do is contact participating dealers who will be able to offer you a special discount on a Nissan NV200, Primastar or Cabstar and arrange to scrap your non-compliant vehicle.
